This startup accelerator program for alumni startups aims at bridging the gap between high-potential startups and the broader investment ecosystem. The MoU marks a new milestone in Maruti Suzuki’s efforts to nurture India’s startup ecosystem through a world-class startup accelerator. The program will equip startups with skills, knowledge & networking opportunities to scale and secure funding, and bridge the gap between startups and the investment community.

Cohort Launch features 15 startups from the Maruti Suzuki Innovation Alumni network, selected through a rigorous evaluation process for the startup accelerator. The program includes structured learning with workshops on financial modeling, negotiation tactics, growth strategies, and sustainable business practices—hallmarks of a robust startup accelerator. Mentorship will be provided by seasoned entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts. Start-ups will have direct access through engagement with venture capital firms, angel networks, and corporate investors. A final Demo Day will feature startups pitching to a curated audience of investors and ecosystem enablers, further reinforcing the advantages of the startup accelerator approach. The overarching objective is to help MSIL alumni startups secure funding and expand their go-to-market reach.
