Maruti Suzuki invests in connected mobility intelligence startup Ravity Software

Maruti Suzuki India Limited has invested nearly ₹2 crore in Ravity Software Solutions Private Limited, a Bengaluru based technology startup specializing in connected mobility intelligence and automotive mobility solutions, through the Maruti Suzuki Innovation Fund, the Company’s strategic program for startup funding and early stage investments. The investment secures Maruti Suzuki an equity stake of over 7.84% in the company and reinforces its commitment to identify and invest in startups that can shape the future of connected mobility.

Ravity Software offers an AI powered connected mobility intelligence platform that helps automotive OEMs and fleet operators harness vehicle data to improve engineering, enhance quality, optimize operations, unlock new revenue streams, and transform customer experience across the automotive mobility value chain. The partnership will enable Maruti Suzuki to leverage data driven insights to further elevate the vehicle ownership experience for its customers and signals a stronger intent to invest in startups working at the intersection of AI, analytics, and mobility.

This marks the third strategic investment by Maruti Suzuki under the Maruti Suzuki Innovation Fund, which supports early stage startups with high innovation potential and solutions relevant to the company’s operations, and strengthens the company’s position as a leading corporate player in startup funding and innovation led collaborations. Earlier investments of nearly ₹2 crore each were made in Amlgo Labs Private Limited (March 2024) and Sociograph Solutions Private Limited (June 2022), both identified through Maruti Suzuki’s programs that invite innovators building next gen solutions for automotive mobility.
