Program Objective
Maruti Suzuki Innovation Fund has been formulated with an objective to strategically invest in startups that have the potential to make a mark in the automobile and mobility sector to help them scale-up, fast.
Startups that are looking for investment opportunities under this fund are first required to demonstrate the impact, viability, and overall value of their solution by participating in the Maruti Suzuki Nurture, Maruti Suzuki Incubation, Maruti Suzuki Accelerator or Mobility Challenge programs. Upon successful completion of their paid PoCs with Maruti Suzuki, they become eligible for consideration for investment under this fund.

AMLGO LABS
Maruti Suzuki India Limited has announced investment of over INR 1.99 crore in Amlgo Labs Private Limited, a technology-led startup. The startup operates in the area of data analytics, cloud engineering, machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI), to assist companies in data-driven decision making. With this, Maruti Suzuki will own an equity stake of over 6.44% in the startup. This is the second investment by Maruti Suzuki to strengthen the technology space in India and align its goals with the Startup India initiative.

Maruti Suzuki has announced an investment in Sociograph Solutions Private Limited (SSPL) and their AI platform, Dave.ai, which has been designed to help enterprises improve sales experiences and business efficiency. The investment demonstrates Maruti Suzuki’s resolve towards encouraging innovation and promoting the entrepreneurial spirit among startups. In line with Maruti Suzuki Innovation’s philosophy of ‘Innovate – Collaborate and Co-Create’ and the #StartupIndia initiative by the Government of India, this strategic investment is well-placed to enable SSPL to power the next generation of sales experiences and meet the growing global demand for the same.
