The requirement is to develop an innovative solution that utilizes video feed present at various premises to provide meaningful/insightful data based on classification of personas, time series, sentiment analysis, and much more. The project aims to harness the power of artificial intelligence to transform video feed data into actionable insights, offering a deeper understanding of visitor demographics, behaviours, and sentiments over time. It's an opportunity to push the boundaries of AI and video analytics to drive strategic decisions and enhance customer experiences.

Mobility Challenge Cohort 3 was executed in the form of Maruti Suzuki Day, a curated full-day innovation experience at T-Hub. It provided a platform for promising startups to pitch live to Maruti Suzuki & T-Hub's senior leadership, and stand a chance to win cash rewards, gain access to MSIL’s flagship innovation programs and explore strategic collaboration opportunities with Maruti Suzuki. Beyond the pitch sessions, the day featured insightful speaker sessions and a vibrant Industry connect that offered startups unparalleled access to industry leaders, decision-makers, and fellow innovators.

The use case is to develop an agentic AI solution that autonomously optimizes digital marketing costs for Maruti Suzuki digital assets. This solution must work in conjunction with the existing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) to make real-time, data-driven decisions and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) to increase overall efficiency. This includes dynamically reallocating budgets, adjusting bids, and refining audience targeting to eliminate wasted spend and improve campaign performance. Ultimately, this challenge aims to achieve optimal marketing efficiency and maximize ROI through intelligent, self-directed action.

- Established startups that have reached a mature stage and are ready to deploy their solution(s).
- Startups must demonstrate proven experience in agentic AI, Insights & Analysis, Generative Engine Optimization, Adtech Automation, Media Planning & Cost Optimization, and Data Enrichment.
- Startups to ensure the cost-effectiveness and potential increase in Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and overall Return on Investment (ROI) for Maruti Suzuki.
- The AI agent should be compatible with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP).
- The product or technology the startup is offering for consideration represents original ideas wholly owned with freedom to use or is licensed by the startup team.
